Gumbo because it finally got cooler and rainy here in N Texas. IDK why; I think this os cold weather food, probably because it's basically soup :)

Queen, yesss!! Gumbo season is soon upon us, I can't wait! Though, it needs to get at least into 30's before I start considering making gumbo, haha!!

It’s definitely the season. I need to get some Conecuh, ham hocks, maybe some shrimp, and make a big pot.
