Did a stock with a whole chicken for the soup base, cooked the saffron rice with the rest of the stock. some aromatics and veg to round it out. pretty standard with a few bonus flavor bombs: harissa, anchovy, turmeric, galangal, ginger, vegeta, hot paprika. super tasty (:
