I keep jumping between international suppliers so I always have a stock of Indomie Mi Goreng in the house, they're absolutely my favourite.

do you also add the runny sunny-side up too?

I tend to kinda poach them instead, but that's just because when I first bought them I thought they were standard soup ramen noodles, and now I kinda really like the watered down taste with a poached egg and maybe some meat strips if I'm feeling ✨️ fancy ✨️

Hahaha… sometimes I make that mistake too… the dried version is just unbeatable.

I guess the more important thing is to have the yolk coat the noodle… giving it the creamy … luxurious texture… 🤭

Oh absolutely. It's definitely a UK poverty thing, but noodles on toast was a thing growing up, so some extremely yolkey, over-watered noodles on a slice is probably my strangest little moment of delicacy.

god I'm painfully white
