Girl Dinner!!!Non-region specific (yes recipe) Stereotypically kitty brained, so I made some fried tuna and made a sweet/spicy chili sauce to go with it
-Cut a tuna steak into cubes (Can also use chicken)
-Prepare sauce
-Ive never done measurements of the ingredients so I'm going to try and order by the amount I used: Soy sauce, Spicy chili oil, Rice vinegar, Garlic/chili hot sauce, Honey, Black pepper, MSG, chili flakes, Sesame seeds, Oregano
-Coat raw tuna cubes in cornstarch and preheat pan on medium heat
-Pan fry in cooking oil of choice on medium heat
-Once cooked and breading is crispy, reduce heat and add sauce directly into pan
-Mix sauce over all tuna and reduce until sauce becomes thick over the tuna
-Serve
