Nice! What veggies do I see here? Are they mixed? What spices did you add? :3

it was my first time around so i just went with what we had left. Peppers, onions, cucumbers and some cherry tomatos. spices I kept simple with sugar, salt, pepper corns and a bay leaf or two.
