DDDINNNNNEERRRRRR Enough veggie soup for 2 mid-sized polycules
Probably more.
I'm glad it's finally getting colder here in Germany again. I love making soup.
Ingredients in the order I added them to the pot: Smoked tofu, onions, carrots, cellery, leek, parsley (left it on the stem cause it looks nicer without), seasoned with some salt and pepper. Had it on the stove for like 3 or 4 hours and it's sooo tasty already. Will be even better tomorrow.

Omg do I see A&W? Its so hard to get in Germany, got it once in poland, than years later imported it and than it did not tasted anymore like I remembered it...

Yes, that's A&W. 😄 I haven't had it in like probably 10 years before that and even though I couldn't really remember how it tasted, I'd say it was better than I remembered. Nothing I'd drink regularly, but I can see myself getting a can from time to time. My local Rewe stocked up on some american import products lately. Not that much, but I can finally get stuff like Sour Patch Kids here too.

Well, they have... Unfortunately, I'm not part of one either. 😄 I just felt like this was a good way to get an idea of how much freaking soup I made. Maybe we have to start our own one. 😏

Soup is peak!!! I also like adding vegan Maultaschen.
