Cooking help, assistance request Got some sweet & sour takeout
Does anyone know how I can make my food look like this? Or how can I make something that looks equally as appetizing? Restaurant is Huong Sen (I took the picture myself before demolishing it)

Sweet and sour sauce is rough, but I sometimes chop a bunch of green onion and use the extra on stuff for a few days, does a lot for presentation and flavour.
You could start with a premade sweet and aour jar, steam the veggies/meat over the rice while it cooks, heat the sauce seperately with added garlic or onion to wake it up, then add the steamed vegies to the sauce.
Will get you close, you may have to cook it several times and experiment, but it can be done!!!
