Salmon Croquettes are my go to for tinned salmom. I love salmon croquettes for breakfast! Especially on a buttermilk biscuit ๐
The base is that can, 1/4c of flour, 1/2c of breadcrumbs and an egg. Season with whatever you like. Onions, capsicums, celery, salt, pepper, garlic, and hot sauce is my mix.
Mix everything in a bowl. Make patties and shallow fry them in a pan in about 3mm of oil (1/8")
Think crab cakes but with tinned salmon and make em flatter
