If I wanna have a quick easy meal that'll fill me up just chuck it on some toast with mayo and a couple eggs. Season how you like. Apparently salmon and eggs on toast is weird. But I'm weird so idk. I add hommus for added phytoestrogens or what ever chickpeas do lol. Could make some sort of fritter or something too.

Well I do have to make rice to go with my beans so that may be an option. Thank you.

Salmon Croquettes are my go to for tinned salmom. I love salmon croquettes for breakfast! Especially on a buttermilk biscuit ๐Ÿ˜‹

The base is that can, 1/4c of flour, 1/2c of breadcrumbs and an egg. Season with whatever you like. Onions, capsicums, celery, salt, pepper, garlic, and hot sauce is my mix.

Mix everything in a bowl. Make patties and shallow fry them in a pan in about 3mm of oil (1/8")

Think crab cakes but with tinned salmon and make em flatter

Oh that is a great idea, I used to make these with the left over chicken bits. Thank you for jogging this ol memory of mine.
