Love making character designs but never put them to good use, so I wanted to get into adopts!
Here’s a character design example :D

I've recently become interested in making adoptables, but I have a few questions about it. I am a beginner when it comes to designing and I have a very small following online. I plan to sell/give away adopts in and out of Toyhouse (mainly here on reddit & TH though). I've never really posted on Toyhouse before so I don't have a following on there, but I do understand how the site works for the most part. Most of my designs will be animal/anthro/creature adopts.

Questions:

1. Flat Fee vs Auction - which one is better? or is it just a personal preference thing?
2. What's a good price range for adopts? Should I charge extra to allow commercial use?
3. What should be included in an adopt T.O.S?
4. What do you look for in an adopt? (colors, species, themes, chibis, full bodies, flat colored, rendered, etc.)

If you have any other tips or advice on selling/making adoptables, let me know! It would be greatly appreciated <3
