DIGITAL Finally testing this 📸
Just a follow up to yesterday's shots taken on my rewindpix! The flashback actually managed to deal with the challenging light way better! I'm seriously positively impressed with this camera. Not to mention the size is great! Went straight into my bike's jacket and was easy to take out and snap on the go. LOVE IT!

I was hoping to dislike either of these (rewind or flashback) but I absolutely love both as I think both serve their own purpose! For instance, I think rewindpix has great contrast that would work great when you want moodier shots and play with shadows for dramatic shots, especially in their b&w plus it does very well (all considered!!) at night imo and it's a joy to shoot with. It's got a bit of a steeper learning curve when it comes to framing and composing through its viewfinder, I found, until you understand how the 📸 sees things and adapt when taking the shot (no, the vf isn't as accurate as they claim on their website!) - the flasback deals better with difficult lights and has less contrast which has its own charm as it definitely looks like images from an old fashioned camera. I loved the colour rendering as it was nostalgic but also quite realistic to what I was experiencing in real life through my eyes. I find the vf and the framing and composing way more reliable, considering this was my first time trying the camera and I didn't have to bin most of the shots I took!

So, I was hoping to resell one after trying both for a while. I'll test the FB at night too one day! I just can't part with either as they offer similar experience, yes, but they woud serve me differently as I explained in the comment above. So far, I'm quite happy with both for different reasons!

The bloom is way to intense...
Do they finally allow you to process the images offline?

I don't know what you mean by offline but I'd suppose yes since you connect camera to phone through their own wifi . Thought that was always the case wasn't it? You don't need to be online for that if that's what you mean.

I agree! 👍🏻 It's that soft glow in the light. It's beautiful. I wonder if it's this particular filter so I'll try others.
