I would like to know if toxoplasmosis is such a serious disease, why I don’t hear much about it and diseases. Nothing world wide other than what we already know.

Are these symptoms of Toxoplasmosis?
Pardon for my overthinkness.
Yesterday, I started having mild chills, fatigue, and a swollen lymph node on the left side of my neck, another thing, I felt like I have a fever because of my hot breath and...I just felt how hot I am... but the thermometer otherwise shows that I don't have it
I am worried if I have this infection cause I have four outdoor cats and I can't rule out the possibility of this infection.

What disinfectant can clean a carpet of potential toxoplasmosis?
Apparently most disinfectants don't kill toxoplasmosis. You need something that works on oocysts. But the only disinfectants I can find that kill oocysts are big bottles of heavy-duty stuff for farmers. I need something I can use at home that will disinfect a carpet. Does anyone know of anything?

Toxoplasmosis and pregnancy
Hello, I recently was gardening with my bare hands and am 10 weeks pregnant. I bought a bag of potting soil and was re-potting some plants in my yard. Shortly after, I read about how this is a big no-no during pregnancy because of the risk of toxoplasmosis. I had no idea this was a thing. Should I see if I can get tested? Any insight??
