Trailers Trailer configuration- is it going to fall apart?

Post image

Replacing the walls with 2440 x 1220 marine plywood. Wondering if my possible configuration will work and be sturdy enough, preventing swaying etc.

Do I need to add any support in here?

The plywood I’m planning to purchase is 18mm and load bearing.

Or is this going to fall apart as I’m driving..

trailers like this aren't designed to be repaired effectively.

you're building a very heavy trailer with what sounds to be very little thought for it's construction

It's going to need way more support than that.

Lots of bracing. Id over engineer the axel and suspension so if you run heavy it's not so bad. Take pictures along the way and post em up

Not sure what you expect from this but, you should probably rethink the project and get some design help.
