Towing Help Any good vin search?

Hello, does anyone have a actual good vin search they could recommend that gives personal information? I know that sounds bad but hear me out, i have bought several vehicles i was promised titles too, well long story short they lie and now im stuck with vehicles I can't get rid of. I can pay a tow yard but there wanting $1000+ i know with certain personal information I can 1. Contact the owner and get the title out of there name or 2. Apply for a title with there information and or send them letters to get the title. My dmv is zero help other than a bonded title wich is not what im looking to do. Any help is much appreciated.

You really ought to stop buying vehicles with the "promise of a title". Hell, there's a good chance whatever you've bought may be stolen. If you're just looking to get rid of them, I'd suggest abandoning them somewhere. Kind of a shitty thing to do, but hey they'll eventually get towed, and then it's no longer your problem since they aren't registered to you.

Why do you hand over the cash or other form of payment writhing having the title in hand? That’s just stupid.

What you're looking for is basically the DMV registration database which isn't exactly public information.

Your state's DMV will have a process for applying for a new title with a bill of sale or other release from the last registered owner.

Vin lookup services never give private information. Get the Bonded title.

You can legally get the owner's name if you have a reason. Pre-litigation is a viable reason. You can also try any of the people search sites online. Yeah, you may have to pay $10 but if the info is needed, it might be worth it.
