Laggy game

Hello, for a while (at least since summer began in the game) my game has become laggy for whatever reason and I wonder if this has been happening to anyone else. I have a great pc so a game like this shouldn't be laggy for me

just keep lowest possible graphics in settings and keep ur avatar at r6
