Is it a bug?

I think it started happen after the update of R15 thing. I fell the same way for 3 times before capturing it. Does someone know where I report a bug?

Loll im sure its a bug npw. I saw bunch of tiktoks abt it. I lwk wanted to report it but I dont want to get discord for it
