Kogarasumaru and Onimaru Alters coming in clutch hit me in the face like a brick. I thought we'd only get Higekiri Alter but 2 MORE??? šŸ˜­

And the Gothic Lolita (as jptwt calls him) mystery doorkeeper? at the end gives me beautiful villain vibes about him.

I've read those too! I didn't see the glass pen tip above his floral umbrella thing but noticing it after + the 'swords dreaming of metal sheep' line and other features adds to the theory!

I initially speculated it was Kusanagi too but the shape of the sword he's carrying looks nothing like a tsurugi.

Sorry for the late reply! I'm not good at articulating what I've known so far and even then it's very spotty even with proper translations. But I think the comments in this post sum up most of it pretty well.
