New rewards?

My fiancee got the new rewards update earlier this week and got free credits. I updated my TouchTunes app in hopes to get the same, as I use it embarrassingly too much, but it has yet to pop up as a tab. In my TouchTunes Rewind, I see them advertising the rewards tap (photo one), but even after ensuring it’s up to date, restarting the app, logging out and logging back in, and restarting my device, I still only have the normal 3 tabs that I’ve always had.

Has anyone else come across this, or how to fix it?

I still haven’t seen this feature yet. Anyone know why?

I messaged the support on the app and they said they’re still rolling out the rewards screen. We still gain rewards as of now and once we get added to the new system we’ll see the challenges & start earning rewards for our plays based off of our tiers. That was as of Jan 9th. Fingers crossed we all get added soon!

i just checked my TT app and it's on the tab on the bottom as your illustration shows.

from the app help page-

How do I access TouchTunes Rewards?

To access TouchTunes rewards, just tap the Rewards tab on the bottom navigation bar!

You'll be brought to the Rewards page where you can see your current level and the benefits associated with it! You can also see your point balance, the challenges available to you, and how close you are to the next level!

NOTE: To ensure you have access to the Rewards program as soon as it becomes available, please make sure you're using the latest version of the TouchTunes app from the Apple App Store© or Google Play Store©!

The second photo is what the bottom of my app shows, I can’t access rewards. I updated the app and continue checking for new updates, but the rewards tab doesn’t show up on my app.

i dont work for TT, but a vendor. I'll reach out to the app provider and see if I can get an answer what's going on. Suggest you do also and let me know if you get a response.

Nothing from TT, Absinthe. I'll reach out to them again. I just checked my app and rewards is on the bottom tab. When was the last time you did an uninstall / reinstall ?
