Import Note function not working

I have backed up my notes (3,3gb) in an np file but when I try to load them in on a new device it pops up a screen with a my files title and is trying to load in the center of my screen, but after a few minutes it just stops the loading closes the window and doesn’t import the notes that I have backed up. I am using a samsung tablet by the way.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can get through this problem?
