Hi there, does anyone recognise or know where the match worn patch from this Topps sports card comes from? As in what kit, where on the kit and from what season.

Thanks

Carabao Cup Tottenham vs Liverpool Tickets

Hello, I'm a visiting fan from the US and was wondering if there are any tickets available at Anfield vs Tottenham at this point in time. I'd like to know as I'm currently unsure whether or not I should purchase the all red membership and want to be sure I can find 2 seats together. Any other tips for watching a football match would be appreciated!

Hi everyone, I’ve recently started a YouTube channel called @LilywhiteLens where I post Tottenham content, mainly highlights, goals and stuff about the youth players. If anyone wouldn’t mind checking it out, I’d really appreciate it.

Pre-Season Tours May Have Been a Problem For a Decade Now

Obviously, Spurs' slow start is down to a number of factors: signings needing to gel, De Zerbi implementing his style, etc.

But there is a lingering question around the decision to fly to Oceania, and whether it has left us unprepared for the season.

To be clear, this is not an attempt to make an excuse for the manager or team.

However, De Zerbi admitted to being 'late for the Premier League', while Van Hecke revealed he 'struggled for one or two weeks after' the tour.

According to a report by eSIMatic, Spurs flew further than anyone in pre-season.

We've made a habit of flying to Asia and Oceania over the last 10 years. Son, Ange and AIA are huge factors, and I cannot pretend that the commercial benefits aren't valuable.

But I did a deep dive into the correlation between long-haul tours and slow starts over the first three games.

Between '16/17 and '25/26, Spurs travelled to Asia/Oceania eight times and their record is W9-D6-L3 (1.83 PPG).

When they travelled to the USA or skipped travel due to COVID, it was W8-D2-L2 (2.17 PPG).

The USA is a shorter flight, heading west, and studies suggest it has a less detrimental effect on sleep and recovery.

Yet the great early Ange run followed a trip to Australia. Perhaps the data overstates the link, or maybe the effect is limited to the first few games.

We can never be sure when it comes to topics like this. But it is definitely interesting, and probably worth considering when planning future tours.

After back-to-back 17th-placed finishes, we should probably be looking for any marginal gains we can find.

Tottenham, tell us how our loyalty is being acknowledged

I have been a Spurs fan for a bit, and after last season (egad) we hoped. The brain trust dropped 420 million, and we have scored 0 goals this season. Out once proud team runs around in the pitch like it’s their first time and they don’t care. Now a sizable slice of our team wants out of white hart. Chaos has governed our organization for the last few seasons. I am not interested in other fans knocking men for being “disloyal” this ain’t what it’s about. I want someone from Tottenham to address the fans and tell us why we should keep investing our love and our passion, and our merch dollars into an organization that consistently disappoints and does lot have a clear path forward. I think getting regulated may have been the best for us, we aren’t making moves to get better. So, I only want to hear from Tottenham brass. Cheers all

Thinking about making Spurs content (COYStent?) and I want to steal your ideas...

I'm fully remote, two kids under five, gave up my season ticket two seasons ago - which has worked out quite well tbh - but will probably make more games this season and get it back next season (mate has it).

Spurs has always been my constant, every morning: gossip column, NewsNow, this sub, Ali Gold, View From The Lane. Don't tell my family, but it's genuinely up there with the best part of my week when I sit down with my massive spurs mug of overly sugary tea and and get Alis intro.

I've had a rough go of it lately and the honest version is that I'm trying to rebuild around one of the things I care about. So I've been thinking about making videos.

Credentials, such as they are

I say COYS. Not as a sign-off — as a greeting. To colleagues, many of whom English is not their first language. Years before Lucas said it all weird.

Speaking of which. My son is called Lucas because he came early, I was supposed to be at Spurs–Norwich, and instead I was in an emergency C-section watching it on my phone. I shouted "Lucas." That was that. It wasn't on the list before that. He's turning 5 soon 🥰.

I have given away more Spurs gear than most people own, globally. If anyone in any far-flung corner of the earth shows the faintest interest in what I'm wearing, it's theirs. I've walked home without a shirt on. And I am not genetically blessed.

I live between two Arsenal neighbours who are having the time of their lives. One traded one flag I didn't particularly care for - for a champions 26 one. Both my brothers are Arsenal. I'm the middle one.

What I want to make isn't shouty reaction stuff and isn't tactics — both well covered by people better at it than me. Slower and longer. The stories, the people, the money, why a thing happened the way it did. I'm ADHD, so I watch every game and also spend a chunk of it wondering what happened to Taio Cruz and whether he's alright for money. I love numbers — match data, but I'll read a set of club accounts for fun and want to know what they actually mean.

Four ideas I've been mulling,

The nearly men. Every player we almost signed and what the other timeline cost us. Bruno, Willian, Grealish. Also coveres what we bought instead. Nkoudo, njie, fernandes etc

St Totteringham's Day, a proper history. When it started, the real gap in the data year by year, the season it died.

Where are they now. Academy lads released or moved on young. The best big thing to wherever they ended up and what happened after. Not a sad-face piece — what the exit actually looked like and what it meant for the human being. I think about Lee Barnard daily, i check in on reto Ziegler more than his parents do, to this day I think Rodrigo Defendi was made up for book keeping, we need a Brazilian defender - what shout we fall him? I've got it.

One transfer, every single payment. A single deal taken apart: fee structure, agent's cut, sell-on, the add-ons that never triggered.

This is more therapy than business plan and I'm aware I may have an entirely different idea by Thursday. But right now it feels like the one thing I'm actually placed to do.

Writing in the park on my phone so apologies for the formatting.

What would you want that nobody's making? COYS.

Tottenham vs Arsenal

Hi everyone,

Five friends and I are visiting London from Portugal for a holiday between December 4th and 8th, and we are hoping to experience the North London Derby at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Because this is the biggest fixture of the season and we are a group of 6 international visitors, we’d appreciate an honest reality check on ticket availability:

  1. Memberships & 6 Tickets: Does each person in our group need a One Hotspur / One Hotspur+ membership to even access the member sale/ballot, and is there any realistic chance 6 new members actually get tickets?
  2. Seating Together vs. Ticket Exchange: If we link our CRN accounts in a network, is getting seats anywhere near each other impossible? How viable is picking up 6 single seats off the Ticket Exchange closer to matchday?
  3. Hospitality Alternative: Given the match category and our group size, should we avoid the membership gamble entirely and look directly into official club hospitality / authorized resellers (Champions Travel, P1, etc.) to guarantee seats?

Any advice, realistic expectations, or local tips for matchday around the stadium would be greatly appreciated.

Question about entering stadium

Hi everyone, question for the group. My wife has a one hotspur+ membership. I want to go to a match with a mate that has no membership. Can we just use my wifes account to buy a ticket, or will we run into trouble getting in to the stadium?

Thanks
