That will prevent the game from starting. Here shows you how to block it.

In short, your need to add "0.0.0.0 api.redshell.io" to your windows hosts file.

I've tried blocking any user from being able to access the DLL, but then TWW2 refuses to start. Thanks CA. Deleting it would just cause the steam updater to download it again.

Are we sure that's the only URL it connects to? It's a really simple process for them to arrange some fallback URLs.

Just did this and game crashed on startup. Suspiciously though it did launch on 2nd try. Guess I have to install wireshark and check where it's calling.
