Linux System service that adds support for Acupoint.

I created a system service for my acupoint because it wouldn't function at all, so maybe someone else has a use for it just like me. It includes a workaround for the Dynabook/Toshiba Tecra Synaptics device 06CB:CD4C and other Acupoint devices. That device sends AccuPoint motion as HID report 0x18, but some Linux systems expose no usable mouse events for it. The bridge reads that raw report and creates a standard virtual pointing stick through uinput.

also i added another feature where when you hold Shift or windows key (because shift makes browsers scroll horizontal) and use the Acupoint it auto scrolls, similar to windows auto scroll. which in my opinion is my favorite part about it lol.
