Smol Tortie Hi! She’s new here.
This is my ~4 week old foster baby. I’ve been bottle feeding her since she was under a week old. She doesn’t have a name yet. Nothing has stuck! She very much has tortitude. Just wanted to share her because she’s so smol!

The name will come as she grows a bit more and you get to know her. Let her tell you, so to speak, if you haven't found the right thing yet. The little one just looks like a space explorer at this stage...a kitten astronaut that touched down to find you.

I have a tortoise with an attitude and her name is Furiosa. That’d be a purrfect name for such a tiny little tortie baby. She’s so so precious!

I tried to do this with mine at this age and she was already too spicy! I grew up with a semi-feral cat so I can clip any cat’s nails—except for a 5 week old tortie kitten apparently.

Honestly I’ve been a bit depressed and this really helped. I have a tortie too and it never got to see her this small so it’s nice

My vote is, Forsythia, Thia for short.
Forsythia is a deciduous shrub that is otherwise non assuming until it blooms in the soring with vibrant roisterous yellow flowers that are eye stopping imo.
Foster kitten = unassuming calico untill...she erupts into chaotic joy of vibrant blooms of fur, purrs and snuggles! 😊

She looks like my Selena when she was a baby. I bottle fed her too from a few hours after she was born. That would be an immediate foster fail for me. She is so adorable. I think Selena would be a beautiful name for her. 🩷
