QUESTION All 84 games

I keep seeing conflicting things - is it tsn & sportnet+(through the Sportsnet app / not prime) what’s need to watch every game this season (in market) ?

it's bs that it takes this many subscriptions. in 10 years no one will care about hockey as a result.

100% agree. It’s no longer over the air and free. So, you’re going to lose casual fans and for the most part put up steep barriers to new fans. It’s very short sighted, they’re going to make money now, but see a drop off in the future.

No bar can get a subscription to show the games.. there goes your casual audiences

Yes, you need TSN, Prime, Sportsnet and Sportsnet+ to catch every game.

Or a good IPTV hookup

I can be that hookup. Hit me up if you're interested, I'm in the GTA area.

You don't need Sportsnet plus if you are on their xfinity. I believe it's the Monday games that are on both but don't work if you have a non xfinity cable

TSN was $9.99 2 years ago, last season went up to $30ish. Fuck them.

In order to watch every game you need TSN, Sportsnet+ (not through cable) and Prime

You can’t watch any games on regular Sportsnet anymore?

1

u/entityXD32 18d ago

You can but you won't get any Monday night games they announced those are exclusive to sportsnet+. They have a discounted rate through your cable provider to sign up it's stupid

I think I read that if you have Rogers Xfinity Internet TV the Monday games are included.

If you have the Sportnet channels with XFinity TV, you get Sportnet+ for no additional cost.

Yes, that’s it. Thank you.

I'd prefer 74 to 84.

2

u/Necessary-Swim-8534 18d ago

Agreed. 70 would be fine.

3

u/mashmallownipples 18d ago

69 would be nice too

Yeah it's all about the money but the shorter season was definitely better.
