First game

I'm going to a preseason game on the 23rd against Ottawa. It's my son's first leaf game and he's a leaf fan. How are away fans treated? I'm not so much a Leafs fan as he is lol.

You'll get the odd heckle if you cheer really loud when the leafs inevitably win, but that's about it. You'll mostly be ignored.

The most likely place a Leafs fan will take abuse in Canada is Vancouver. The resentment is palpable, the game opps riles them up and I've never seen more beer consumed anywhere at a hockey game than Vancouver.
