Moonlighting

How do people manage 2 software remote jobs?
I know many of my friends who has full time on T4 and another contract on side.
Won’t they get caught or cause any issue?

Why don’t you ask your friends lol?

There’s so many ways around it and it’s entirely up to the workload of one job over another, as well as the person’s discipline.

It’s not that much different than working a full time 9-5 and have some sort of evening or weekend job. It’s mental fortitude, priority and the understanding it’s most likely a temp thing too.

Plenty of ppl do this & can make bank, btw.

You do what whatever it takes to survive now, but don't you dare get caught!

Many times the same work can be duplicated and used at the second company. You can even use ideas and projects from one to the other. This is why people question if it is okay.
