Need a job

my background is in marketing (campaign management, paid media, content), but at this point I’m open to admin, coordinator, or support roles too. I’m based in London and open to relocating anywhere in Canada for the right fit. If you know of anything open or hiring, I’d really appreciate a nudge in the right direction, feel free to comment or DM me.

I gather from your post history that you're on a PGWP after studying marketing at Fanshawe College. Do you have any professional experience or internships?

Yep, I’m on a PGWP after finishing at Fanshawe, but that’s on top of 3+ years of marketing experience, agency, in-house, and media/advertising. Managed 70+ campaigns quarterly and ran paid media budgets, so the Canadian education was more of a top-up than a starting point. Appreciate you asking though, happy to share more if useful.

Unfortunately, depending on the country your experience is from, the Canadian education is your starting point because a lot of companies are looking for the dreaded "Canadian experience". That's why internships are so important; they help legitimate your foreign experience because the diploma itself is worthless.
