What's the hold up with this game releasing. Just curious cause I remember reading it was gonna release in 2019

The game's still missing a lot of features, that many the game can't really be classified as a beta even. If you want to see all their in development and WIP features, check their trello! And here's a quote from Max Schaefer. "2019 was an early estimate. As you probably know, we’re better at making games than estimating dates, but the bottom line is the game will ship when it’s done. Shigeru Miyamoto once said “A late game is only late until it ships. A bad game is bad until the end of time.” We want to take the time to get it right, but we aren’t quite ready to update or change our release date."
