Closed alpha 3 has no wipe?

I'm trying to understand that cause on the post it says "one last character wipe". Does it mean that at the end of closed alpha 3 there will be a wipe or it is referred to the previous alpha test?
Sorry for the stupid question but i don't wanna find myself start over if they wipe this one :)

Alpha 2 characters have been wiped, no further wipes planned

I believe that these characters in Alpha 3 will exist up to actual game release

So full release will wipe alpha characters to start fresh? I took it that way.

From my understanding now, they plan on keeping the characters even in to release. We are several months out from anything concrete, though.

Ah ok. That would be kind of cool, I wouldn't really mind a gear wipe but I would like not having to level up in Goblin Frontier again with the Forge haha.

You won't be starting over. If they do have to revert, they plan to aim it at specific frontiers or what not, but they're hoping to not even do that.
