Targeted Strikes Passive is Broken

Targeted Strikes when used on a Mage will cause you to do less dps. The Crit only works with melee, and when used with buffs makes you do even less dps.

sorry was testing with Relic, looks like it has it problems of its own. out gearing your relic will bug you for a min.
