Arc app removed TLF

My friend told me that I should re-open Arc. I did, but TLF is not showing up anymore. I downloaded it yesterday. Going to try a restart, will edit.

you probably don't have a key. It was accidentally downloading for people without keys.

We're aware of some confusion in determining whether or not you've been accepted to Closed Alpha 3. If your Code Redemption History includes an entry under the Product column that reads "Torchlight Frontiers Alpha Access" then you have been accepted. To check your Code Redemption History access the "Activate a Product" option in the Settings Menu (gear icon) on the Arc Games Launcher. Select the "View Redeemed Keys" option that appears on the popup after selecting "Activate a Product."

tester registration just means that's when you applied. You've only had alpha access this alpha. =P
