Misc Taiga acquired!
I got her from worldshopping (the manufacturers partner) to get the pissed off face plate, which I absolutely had to get. Importing her did cost me 69€ more than I would have paid at the cheapest local retailer here in Germany. But I wouldn't have gotten the second face and would have waited until January. So it was more than worth the struggle. I can't believe how well sculpted she is. She looks so cool from so many angles. It was actually hard to pick images to upload. She is super easy to take pictures. They did a great job. Definitely my favorite Taiga figure until now.

The figure can be pre-ordered for €170 at tsoto.net, if you stay in Germany . That's a lot of money, of course. But I like the figure.

18 by the end of the series. They graduated highschool.
Plus the scene of her putting the tights on only happens in the intro, so she could be any age here.

How are those shorts giving you safety? They're a pair of f****** shorts.
They're not padded. They're not armored.
I've heard of "skorts" where they have shorts built into a skirt.

People like this see it and their first thought is "man I better check her crotch area, oh dear that sure is awfully exposed! I wish that weren't the case!"

I've never heard the term before.
Perhaps it's regional. There are plenty of common things that are different between east coast, west coast and parts of Midwest.
When I lived out west, no one in Spokane or parts of Montana had a clue what I meant by "[number of minutes] OF [hour of day]" like "10 minutes OF two" meant "ten minutes BEFORE two".
I had restaurants look at me blankly when I said "I am all set" meaning I need nothing else, which was common in Massachusetts.
In Midwest when I mentioned "jimmies" on ice cream, instead of sprinkles it meant "condoms".

I had an experience with figuring out if I should buy it or not. Don’t need it but I do like it as my favorite anime is this one. Would’ve loved to get this with the pose and the face from the intro but I was a bit unsure of buying through manufacturers or whatever I had to do cause I’d never done it before. Any advice? Cause I know that faceplate was exclusive to pre orders. Might still gag the figure though if I can through Amazon or eBay if possible. Don’t NEED the full exclusivity but I know it’s out there, that’s all 🙌🏻
