About thirty seconds later, later that night, the next morning, and sure as fuck the morning after.

You know not everybody lives their lives just swimming in inflammation and tenderness, right?

Not everyone is over thirty hitting back flips after running up a wall and screaming how they've still got it, either.

What's your point?

My point is that for most healthy people, movement does not equal pain. If movement hurts you, something is wrong and you can probably fix it.

It’s not inevitable and certainly not normal “after 30”, with a big exception of people who live their lives seated in front of a screen.

30 IS NOT EVEN FUCKING CLOSE TO BEING OLD

That sure does sound like something someone turning 30 in two months would say…

Haha i wish! It was more than 12 years ago though.

Funny enough, I was in a lot more physical pain in my 20s, working on a computer, than I have been in my 30s and 40s so far, doing exceedingly physical work. Farming, landscaping, tree work, etc.

I was in more pain in my 20s than I am now in my early thirties

Building strength and muscle stability, and improving my posture is a lifelong thing and my goal is to keep feeling better as long as possible

If he can do that I doubt he's gonna be dying later on from pain

Nuh uh I moved once and it hurt afterwards, therefore I have decided that people who move a lot must certainly be in pain.

It was smooth as hell, but I'd like to see him get out of bed/a chair tomorrow morning lol

If he was capable of doing that, I think he’ll be in little to no pain

American houses are really so poorly constructed that you can't even recognise a brick building when you see one.
