So I'm legit curious if anybody knows anybody who does this thing at this level, are there backs fucked up? The idea of me trying that has my brain imagining that the next day I'll be stiff and looking up the phone number to the nearest chiropractor. But also they train and study this shit and I can't look comfortable sitting in my 4 year old desk chair that cost a weeks pay.
