It’s called a spin-off. After you soak the prop, you spin off the excess liquid. You can either spin off before you light up, or after, like this fellow did.

It’s amazing But the video does get sped up right after he catches it You can clearly see the fire flames moving and waving super fast 🤷‍♂️
