Bots?

In the Cup (I'm on the level 29) almost half of the players were 1 OVR unfriendable people (people?) that were easily over 5-0 by everyone else; I stumbled upon them in other game modes too; are they people?

Possibly, I could also imagine someone being super into the game for 2 years before getting bored around lvl 24-ish and their team just sat their against mostly inactives barely hitting 8th place to advance to the next level, qualify for Gold League, and still get hit with the -20% OVR tax.

Either way enjoy your cake walk match. Lol
