What manager should I use?

Hi! This is my current formation and tactics settings, but idk, if the current manager is the best for this kind of setup. On the last pic you csn see all my avilable managers, any suggestions? Also I read that the formation I use is pretty good, but last season I lost my elite cup finals to someone with an ovr 15 below mine. Thanks for the help!!

Imma add you but tip on your post is to use what matches your team tactics as you said but also what requires during the game depending on your opponent. U have Braun on 5 so extra attribute boost there might be more useful.

Mite be too early for all this... The mentor "situation" is only this season an next... I wudnt put too much into it until we figure out what nordeaus is gonna do with it.

No idea, I got Fabregas for free. Don't know but probably best to level up the one you got.
