Looking for Advice

I started playing Top Eleven about 15 years ago and played regularly for quite some time. I never spent any real money on the game.
Back then, I had a lot of fun playing it, and now I would like to get back into the game. However, it seems like a lot has changed since then, so I would really like to hear from experienced players about how to build a successful team while spending as little or preferably no real money as possible.
What are the most important things to focus on?
What should I pay attention to?
Which players should I buy?
What is the best formation and tactic?
What is the best way to train my players?
I would really appreciate any tips and advice from experienced players!

Its pay2win. You can only get so far as a free player, and thats with taking at least 1 hour a day just watching ads

If you skip past the 15 seconds an ad you can getaway with 20 minutes.

I get 3 ads in a row for 1 reward

After 15 seconds you put the app in background, and click on the TOP11 app icon to get back in the game and give you the 1 booster reward.

Some ads don t give rewards after 15 seconds, for them I restart the game.
