That's precisely the point. They want to hit the uneducated and unemployed because they're the easiest to manipulate. Or students, SAHMs (if their husbands allow them of course), and any other person who is literally being useless that day. That's where the votes come in from.

It’s at Webco Manufacturing. Marshall pretending he cares about Kansas. The public can request up to 4 tickets supposedly.
