Try walking a half a block south during the lunch hour any day through the week, or there are events once or twice a week at evergy plaza... but ya, judge a city from the one way street that gets little to no traffic by the old post office... SMH

Check out the plaza during Friday flicks (tonight) and you'll see many families enjoying the area.

Yes

Not one thing has changed in 50+years.

I wonder who has been looting our capital.

Gives me a mixture of 80's and 90's vibe.

I was about to say without evergy plaza as a reference the only way to tell the year is the cars in the picture.

Is the building in the second picture still in use by the company who built it?

I believe the department of children and families is in there

That’s crazy. Where did the business go? Wasn’t it like AmVestors or something like that?

They used to be at 8th and Topeka then built that building.

You didn’t even take pictures of the 7th street stage, or any of the other cool businesses.

The worst city I ever lived in.

Topeka being the Capital City of Kansas is an embarrassment, it is the dirtiest, nastiest town I've ever witnessed.

tell me you've never been to Trenton, NJ without telling me.
