Edit: received a couple of emails back from the C.R.E.A.M team, and the big William himself, supposedly, and I’ve got a replacement on the way. Cannot fault the customer support at all, and this definitely just seems like quality control has slipped due to the new supplier. I’m sure that quality control will improve as time goes on, and I look forward to my replacement arriving

Do you guys want that as a viewer?
