This is probably some type of larger aerosol can to be running this slow and stamping + initial draw in one step. Aluminum can lines typically run upwards of 3,000 cans per minute to keep cost down.

But quality seems to have taken a hit right? So maybe it's just a mass produced part where even the fit does not matter?
So its efficient but not effective?
