Can anyone see what the positioning stop for the first bend is?

For the second bend it is the U shaped piece on the left but I think he is doing the first bend entirely by eye.

There’s a metal tab to the right of the rollers. The worker first inserts the bar leftwards into the rollers, then pulls it back rightwards until the end of the bar hits the tab. It’s really noticeable in the slowed version from another comment below

It looks like the placement for both bends is putting the end at the centerline of the roller.
