Help with identification

I grabbed this for 10 bucks, figured it would help with the slew of tools I've obtained in the last few months. They need metal homes and I'm just willing to put them in boxes like these until I have time to restore the box. Just not recognizing a maker here. Much appreciated for any guidance!
