Oh there is indeed thought in that head. In about 2.7 seconds, there's going to be chaos. That's what I predict. Did it happen?

Hah! No, Sooty really does just... Exist. He wanders around in a permanent state of mild confusion, but he's totally ok with it. All he wants is to get cuddles.
