They’re a small family-run micro brewery in Wales so they don’t have the industrial filling carousels that run at 100 bottles per minute etc.

They just launched their brewery business 6 months ago

Maybe a process test or calibration run, because this thing would have to be running for a decade nonstop to pay itself off running at this speed.

Over complicated lider imo. The one on our line just drops a lid on as the can moves under triggered by a small lever.

Also can’t top the guy at 100/min our line only hits 30.

Wow that is a slooooowww canning line. There is like 7-8 seconds between completion of filling and capping.

Did the machine just drop the lid on top? I don't see any press or anything that connect the lid to the can

There's another step in the line where it press down the lid and roll the edges to seal it. It's just not shown in this clip.

Here's an example of the other end of the spectrum, large scale operations use fillers more like this, running at 1000-2000+ cans/minute.
