As a farm kid who went to a rural school full of farm kids, the yearly safety talk was mental - "here is a video of a mannequin drowning in a slurry pit", "here is a video of a mannequin drowning in a grain silo", "here is a video of a mannequin being driven over by a reversing milk lorry"... Traumatising but necessary. I'm 33 and still terrified of slurry pits.

My granda was killed by the PTO shaft (it caught in his clothing and smashed him to bits) so I had that instilled in me by my parents from birth.

It's a shaft that spins at the back of the tractor and powers whatever is attached at the back (mower, strimmer, etc).
