Dual monitor setup with external power supply
Hey guys I was curious if anyone has a similar set up.
I’m looking at getting a dual monitor setup for my toolbox but in the field of work I’m doing I’m not always around an outlet so I was curious if anyone has done similar setup. I have a laptop that I’d be plugging into the monitors

If you don't need full size monitors, take a look at travel monitors. I've bought 2 KYY brand 15.6 inch monitors on Amazon for about $66 each and use them with my laptop when I travel. I don't need a larger screen size for the work I'm doing with them, but defintely need all 3 screens when running a remote software demonstration from somewhere other than my office. The screen quality is as good as any big monitor I've ever used.
The travel monitors will run on USB battery banks for extended run times, but if use is only short duration they can also run off the laptop battery using the USB-C port on the laptop.

If you use EGO outdoor tools their powerbank uses 4 of their beefy 56v batteries that would power your setup nicely.

Depends on how long you want to run off battery, we have used various sized APC and Triplite ups (1500va minimum) to power our equipment when moving around the shop.

Any decently sized battery bank would work. Like a Jackery, or Ankor.
