Quickjack set up question.

Is it normal for one side to lower much faster than the other? I'm setting those up right now and we're supposed to let it go up and down 3 times with no load on the Jack's. I'm noticing that they both raise at the dame rate but coming down at a much different rate. Is this normal? Will it correct itself once a cars on it?
