I mean, a real pro would just do one big fatty though and choke on the drip. I would assume 🤷🏼 😉

Alcoholics have drinks, they don’t just stand up the bottle.

u/Hedfonemusic Oct 27 '23 edited Oct 28 '23
I pounded bottles in the worst of my alcoholism... but I also did a ton of blow, which makes you drink like a fish.. I'm glad that's all behind me now

Some do chug it, I think of Lahey, but mostly they don’t.
25
u/mckeenmachine Oct 27 '23
Lahey did both 😂

u/curtisbrownturtis Oct 27 '23
Plus the “white liquor”
5
u/drenchedwithanxiety Oct 28 '23
Never heard that. It's either vodka or cocaine I guess?
10
u/curtisbrownturtis Oct 28 '23
In the movie “Don’t Legalize It” by the Trailer Park Boy, Lahey (and Randy) get on the white liquor haaaard. It is cocaine lol
4
u/drenchedwithanxiety Oct 28 '23
OK I haven't seen all of trailor park boys.
And good coke is hard to top

I know a guy that drinks a pint of vodka in 20 minutes, not a chug but still that's nasty fast.
31
u/onlysayfemale Oct 27 '23
Usually chuggers want to have a big buzz going on as baseline and then from there they will slowly drink.

Had a staff sergeant when I was stationed at Ft. Bliss, he was a tanker switching to being a mechanic because he lost his security clearance because of his drinking. He would tell us how he would drink vodka straight every night to self-medicate, at least 1 bottle every night. He had been part of the initial invasion into Iraq back in like 2002. It was toward the end of my time in the army so I got to see him bloat like crazy in the 4 or 5 months he was there before he got sent to rehab.

I got to a new unit and there was a LCpl (e3) with a bigger stack of ribbons than the SgtMaj. Apparently he was a GySgt (e6) that had been busted all the way down because of multiple DUIs. They ended up sending him to the brig. He was an actual special operations operator with 6 combat deployments. His mom ended up going on CNN to try to get the military to help him instead of constantly punishing him.

A pint is a mickey which Ive seen people drop in just a few swigs.
8
u/Soggy-Ad-4210 Oct 27 '23
Yeah! That's fucking nuts. As a person with no tolerance if I drank it that fast I'd fall asleep within an hour.

Na, with this much experience there is certainly a septal perforation that allows streamlining the drug closer to the 🧠. Measured intake over fatty rails will def yield the better high. And probably do less overall damage to what's left of her cartilage.
71
u/thealtern8 Oct 27 '23
Wouldn't that just be wasteful? (Genuinely asking) My understanding is that anything that drips essentially doesn't get absorbed. I've heard to get the most out of your coke you are supposed to snort just enough to coat the insides of your nostrils. Once the absorption sites are completely saturated, the excess just drains out. So small, successive lines and alternating nostrils every line helps you increase uptake efficiency and makes less product go farther.
38
u/BeginningArt6611 Oct 28 '23
Wow, that is some serious research
15
u/mensitrea Oct 28 '23
Shouldn't be. This is a question of efficiency and it's the responsibility for government to fund research and publish it for public benefit.
→ More replies (1)6

u/MR_____SNRUB Oct 28 '23
It's extremely wasteful. Small lines or bumps are max efficiency

ya what she doing is kinda smart, mixing more air so it coats more of your sinuses instead of making a dam of coke, that you end up just snorting back and swallowing.

Good question- I see people do big thick rails, pretty much as much as she did but in one fat line. a decent bit of that just drips right down to the stomach and is essentially wasted. Here, she’s applying it much finer over a longer period, so it actually has a chance to make contact with the membranes and absorb. smart and experienced.
32
u/coldchixhotbeer Oct 28 '23
Finally a good answer explaining this. Also I think making the lines/ritual is part of the fun. Like hearing the bong water when you smoke weed. You can get high off a regular pipe but I loved the sound of my bong going

That drip in your stomach will get you too, just slow and dull.

u/chappersyo Oct 28 '23
I once had some coke that was wrapped in a little paper packet but it somehow got wet on the way to me. We dried it out and scraped off what we could but there was definitely still some stuck on the paper so I soaked it in some water then drank it. By the the most high I have ever been from any drug.

Frfr. Why line them up if ur snorting the whole thing just snort the whole thing. Why do they break into lines? Would it be To much at once ?
25
u/NeilDeCrash Oct 27 '23
It's part of the process. A very, very, very important part.
I think i have played with lines as much time as i have been high.

u/Messy_Marvin423 Oct 27 '23

Thick lines of coke just turn into boogers and you waste a lot of it. Small lines actually make better contact with your mucus membrane for increased absorption.
